Biography and Statement

I am interested more in process than in subject. I am primarily a graphic artist and photographer , and began painting watercolors 15 years ago. My process involves manipulating a photograph in Photoshop, applying various filters and settings to it to bring out highlights, pixellated colors, and contrasts, and using the resulting image as my reference photo for painting.
